I have started taking Rhodiola and am feeling the benefits of it.

What is Rhodiola and why does it work?

More importantly, I have read that if you take this drug continually, you can lose its benefits, so it is best to stay on it for 6 weeks on, go off for 2 weeks, and repeat the cycle. Is this true?

Rhodiola is an "adaptogen," though the mechanism of action is not yet clear. Some people find that taking it for a while, then taking a break, works well for them. Others find taking it continually works for them. Do what works for you.
