I have started using Rhodiola for depression and anxiety and it is working fine. Can it be taken long term? Is it necessary to cycle it with some other supplement? If so would Maca, 5-htp or ashwagandha be best to cycle with?

Glad the Rhodiola is helping you. There is no reason to switch to another substance if this treatment is working. As with any treatment for depression, the decision to discontinue a treatment should be made after review with your physician. At a minimum treatment should continue for 6 months from the time you felt completely recovered and could go for a full year.
