I cannot talk vey well. My thoughts are disorganized and I cannot chat for a long time because I cannot find the words. I feel tired and anxious when I talk and I don't talk fast and spontaneously. My doctor gave me invega. Does it work?

The symptom you describe of thought disorganization could be due to a variety of causes, including anxiety. The medication Invega is helpful for some forms of thought "disorder," but usually not for those where anxiety or social phobia is the primary cause. If you are taking Invega but finding that it is not helpful after a reasonable trial, you should ask your doctor to reconsider the diagnosis and other treatment options.
