What are the different forms of SAM-e and how do they differ in stability, absorption properties, and side effects?

Also, I heard about a product called Sametrex, sold in the Channel Islands. I wanted to find out more about this product, but I could not get a reply from the company. Is the product any good?

There is one form of SAMe available. The question of stability is most important as SAMe oxidizes rapidly and becomes inactive. A review such as the one done by Consumer Labs is worth reading as it provides a guide to the various products.

I do not know what Sametrex is but would suggest not using it until reviews appear in reputable places.
