Want to increase strength, balance and flexibility? Need a healthy way to relax and reduce stress?
Join us for free yoga in the park!
We are pleased to announce a new partnership between POP, our community outreach branch, the City of New York Parks and Recreation and Partnerships for Parks.
Together we are offering Free Yoga in Inwood Hill Park for eight Thursdays starting July 30th - Sept. 17th. Classes begin at 6:15pm and end at 7:30pm. Teachers Amy Pope and Shephali Patel welcome all skill levels to the Indian Road Lawn at 218th Street and Indian Road for some fun and relaxing, stretching and strengthening.
If you''d like to join us for any or all of the evenings, we just ask that you pre-register at least two days before your first class on our website:
