Dr. Donovan, who received his B.A. from Columbia College and his M.D. from SUNY of Buffalo, is certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and holds a career development award from the National Institute on Drug Abuse.

Most interested in the diagnosis and treatment of children with anger dyscontrol, Dr. Donovan has worked at the DES since 1990.
