M. McSwiggan-Hardin is the Deputy Director of the Developmental Neuropsychiatry Program for Autism and Related Disorders at Columbia University Medical Center. Her clinical and research interests include autism spectrum disorders and other childhood onset neuropsychiatric disorders.

Her clinical and research interests aim to better characterize the medical problems of children with an autism spectrum disorder, as well as find better means of integrated care.
